Joseph (Seung Hyuk Park), DPT 

Seung Hyuk Park (Joseph) graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He is APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor and has experience in acute hospital setting and outpatient orthopedic for over 10 years. His goal has always been to continue to learn and develop effective skills and treatment plans to provide the latest and best physical therapy care that allows you return to what you love.

 

In his spare time, Seung (Joseph) enjoys tennis, camping, swimming, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Hosuk Lee, OTR/L

Hosuk is a licensed occupational therapist who specializes in hands at Prime Rehab Center of Fontana, CA. Hosuk graduated with a B.S. / M.S degree in Occupational Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. For over 15 years, Hosuk has worked with hundreds of geriatric/adult patients, designing and executing treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses.

At Prime Rehab, Hosuk provides hand/upper extremity occupational therapy services to adult patients with diagnoses including carpal tunnel syndrome/release, trigger finger and trigger finger release, finger fractures, finger amputations, tendon lacerations and repair, Dupuytren's contracture, wrist fractures, lateral/medial epicondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, shoulder arthroscopy, biceps tendonitis, rotator cuff disease/impingement/bursitis, etc.

Hosuk is also affiliated with West Los Angeles Kaiser Permanente Medical Center outpatient hand clinic and he provides hand/upper extremity occupational therapy services to adult patients.

 

In his free time, Hosuk is passionate about exploring art, music, faith, and culture in general. Finding that the little things in life mean the most, Hosuk appreciates the beauty of simplicity.
